Yoga in the Park returns for the season on Thursday evenings from 6:00–7:00 pm, running May 7th through August 27th (no class on July 2nd). Classes will be held on the Acre Lawn, next to the Pavilion Annex, and led all summer long by certified instructor Michelle Gagnon.
This outdoor yoga class is open to all levels and abilities. Poses focus on foundational movements, with modifications always offered, allowing everyone to move at their own pace. Together, we’ll connect breath with movement to build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness in a peaceful park setting.
Participants ages 10 and up are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need, wear comfortable, stretchy clothing, and bring plenty of water (a small towel is also recommended).
A suggested donation of $5 per person, per class is appreciated.
