Pursuit Pilates Club is excited to join Stanley Park for their 2026 season! This all-level Mat Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through controlled, low-impact movements. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, this class provides a balanced, full-body workout that supports strength, stability, and mindful movement.
Classes meet on the Acre Lawn one Wednesday a month from 6:00 - 6:45 PM.
A suggested donation of $5 per person, per class is appreciated.
