Join us for a fun, hands-on morning at Stanley Park to kick off our Friday Mornings for Children series! Children are invited to paint their own rock and help create Stanley the Rock Snake, who will guard the totem pole and our brandn new rock garden. This special area will be a dedicated spot to leave beautifully painted rocks for others to enjoy. Each child may paint one rock and choose to take it home or add it to the rock garden as part of this growing park feature. A creative, family-friendly way to leave a little joy behind at the park!

Stanley Park will also offer a children’s Scavenger Hunt throughout the Park. Get ready to spend some quality time outdoors and have some fun exploring Stanley Park. Complete the activities and receive a Jr. Park Ranger patch.

Friday Mornings for Children are held in the Beveridge Pavilion from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, weather permitting, $5 donation per family is suggested and greatly appreciated.  Chairs will be provided and blankets are welcome.
