Yoga classes are coming back to Stanley Park for five sessions! Starting on Monday evenings lead by Talia Scalise, September 11th through October 9th 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm on the Acre Lawn, next to the Pavilion Annex. A certified instructor will lead the yoga classes. This class is for all levels of yoga practitioners. The poses are foundational, and modifications are always available. As a class we will harness the power of our breath in alignment with the movement of our bodies.
Children 10 and up are welcome accompanied by an adult. Please bring your own mat and any props as needed, wear comfortable and stretchy clothes. Prepare to strengthen, stretch your body, and open your minds. Bring lots of water (you might also want a small towel). Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Donations to the Park are welcome, with a suggested donation of $5 per person per class.
