Online Auction Item Pick-Up Information

Auction item winners have been notified via email of their winning bids. "Checkout" on the Auction website before picking up your items. Checkout instructions will be in the email you have received.

If you have not yet picked up your auction items, you can pick them up at the Stanley Park Development Office during office hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday.

Please bring your bidder number and a photo ID to pick up your auction item(s).

Directions to the Stanley Park barn:

Enter the Park at Gate 1 by the Athletic Fields (across from Westfield State University's Woodward Center)
Follow the drive through the parking areas past the Children's playscape and pavilions (please note the posted speed is 10mph)
Continue following the drive until you get to the Administrative Offices and the barn.

If you have not used credit card payment via the auction site, be sure to have payment for your item(s) at the time of pickup.
