Beveridge Pavilion:   Kitchen:  
Weekday use: each Hour $100   Weekdays: $100 per usage
 
Weekends: flat Rate of $600 for 7hrs.   Weekends: $200 per usage
 
Times: 8:00am - 3:00pm
4:00pm - 11:00pm
 
 
Set-up and break-down fee for tables & chairs in the pavilion:
 
Weekdays: $1.50 per chair or table
Weekends: $2.00 per chair or table
 
 
Meeting House: The Meeting House is a small church-like rustic structure with bench seats. It is adjacent to the old-fashioned English Herb garden. This structure will hold 87 comfortably.
 
Weekdays: $100 per hour   Weekends: $250 per 1 hour
 
 
 
Children's Pavilion:   The Childrens Pavilion has picnic tables in it and will hold 60 to 75 people comfortably.
 
Weekdays: $50 each hour   Weekends: $50 each hour
 
Recreation Field Usage:    $100 -- If usage of electricity is needed there will be a flat rate of $250 per day If an electrician is needed on site, the charge will be $75 an hour which includes travel time.
 
Rubbish Removal:    If a group's event constitutes enough rubbish that an additional pickup is needed the group will incur the cost at a rate of $125
 
Additional Security:    If additional Security personnel are needed beyond normal security scheduled, rate will be $15 per hour per guard.
 
Wedding Ceremonies: The park allows 1 hours. Time slots start at 9:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM. In case of rain, the Meeting House will be used at no extra charge. You are not allowed to bring chairs. If you would like the use of the park's decorative chairs, these are available at an additional charge. Up to 20 white chairs can be used and the park staff will set them up and take them down for you.

Chairs for Wedding Ceremonies:
 

Up to 20 white chairs at $2.00 per chair.
 
Organist: The Park can supply an organist to play the Carillon Bells for your wedding ceremony for a fee.
  $100.00 & up.


Picture Taking: For groups who do not get married in the park, but would like to reserve a time for picture taking the following applies. $75 per hour session. In case of rain, please call the park office and the fee will be returned within 2 weeks. Your reservation will secure a spot in the park for an hour. Due to the frequent scheduling of weddings in the rose garden, the park cannot guarantee complete access to the rose garden.

Deposits:
Wedding Ceremonies: $125 to be paid within 14 days
Beveridge Pavilion: $300 to be paid within 14 days
Picture Taking: $45 to be paid within 14 days
Childrens' Pavilion: 50% to be paid within 14 days
Recreation Field: 50% to be paid within 14 days
 
Deposits must be received within 14 days of your reservation. If the park does not receive your deposit within 14 days; your reservation will be deleted from the schedule.
 
Total payment due 60 days prior to event or your reservation will be deleted from the schedule.
 
Cancellation Policy: 100% of deposit will be returned within 2 weeks if cancellation is made 60 days prior to the date of function.
