Munn's Island and Nelson's Island in the Wildlife Sanctuary contain wetlands, floodplain, and riparian corridors. 

Bushwhack through the brush, and hop a channel where once flowed the entire Little River, and a canal that was dug by pick and shovel. 

Explore the habitats on these remote Islands and learn how they support wildlife with food, cover, and nest sites.  Wear appropriate hiking attire, sturdy boots, and bring water, camera / binoculars.
