This presentation will emphasize the esthetic value and ease of gardening with wild flowers, especially native woodland species.  Charlie's presentation, including slides, will cover habitat, soils, bed development and design, maintenance, tools, benefits of native plant gardening, in addition to sources and selection of plants.  Handout material will be available.  The presentation will also include a walk through Stanley Park's Edward F. Piela Woodland Wildflower Garden, expected to be at peak blossom.
