Schedule of Fees
Picture Taking:
For ANY Group (Any Size) that would like to utilize Stanley Park for pictures, you must obtain a reservation permit for a specific scheduled time. The fee is $75 per hour session. Your reservation will secure a spot in the park for the hour. In case of rain, please call the park office to reschedule.

Wedding Ceremonies:
The park allows 1 hour and 15 minutes. Time slots start at 9:00am and end at 6:00pm. In case of rain, the Meeting House will be used at no additional charge. You are not allowed to bring chairs. If you would like the use of the park's white decorative chairs, these are available at an additional charge. Up to 20 white chairs can be used and the park staff will set them up and take them down for you. Wedding Photography Permit is included in the Wedding Reservation.
$300 per 1 hour and 15 minutes
Chairs for Wedding Ceremonies:
Up to 20 white chairs at $2.00 per chair
Organist:
The Park can supply an organist to play the Carillon Bells for your wedding ceremony for a fee.

Beveridge Pavilion Annex:
100 per hour (2 hour minimum)
$500 Per Block Time
8:00am-3:00pm
4:00pm-11:00pm
Please note that there is a 2% service charge on all credit card payments
Return checks due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $35 service fee
Set-up and break-down fee for tables & chairs in the pavilion:
$2.00 per chair or table

It is adjacent to the old-fashioned English Herb garden. This structure will hold 87 comfortably.
Weekdays: $100 per hour
Weekends: $300 per hour

Children's Pavilion:
The Childrens Pavilion is adjacent to the Childrens' Playscape and has 6 picnic tables with 2 grills and will hold 50 people comfortably.
Weekdays: $50 an hour
Weekends: $50 an hour

Westfield Bank Pavilion:
The Westfield Bank Pavilion is adjacent to the Childrens' Playscape and has 4 picnic tables with 2 grills and will hold 50 people comfortably.
Weekdays: $50 an hour

Recreation Field Usage:
$100 --If usage of electricity is needed there will be a flat rate of $250 per day. If an electrician is needed on site, the charge will be $75 an hour which includes travel time.

Rubbish Removal:
If a group's event constitutes enough rubbish that an additional pickup is needed the group will incur the cost at a rate of $125.

Additional Security:
If additional Security personnel are needed beyond normal security scheduled, rate will be $18 per hour per guard.

Deposits:

Deposits must be received within 14 days of your reservation. If the park does not receive your deposit within 14 days; your reservation will be deleted from the schedule.
Total payment due 60 days prior to event or your reservation will be deleted from the schedule.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
75% of deposit will be returned if cancellation made 120 days prior to date of function.
50% of deposit will be returned if cancellation made 90 days prior to date of function.
25% of deposit will be returned if cancellation made 60 days prior to date of function.
0% of deposit will be returned if cancellation made 30 days prior to date of function.

Security Deposit:
A $250.00 security deposit is required for rental of the Beveridge Pavilion Annex. Deposit will be refunded within 14 days following the event minus any damage or trash collection costs.
